Assistant Project Manager

Beaumont, TX | Full-time | Monday–Friday | On-site

You’re comfortable checking progress, asking for missing information, and making sure an agreed action gets followed through. Now you’re ready to bring those strengths to project delivery.

We’re looking for an Assistant Project Manager in Beaumont to support planning, coordinate assigned activities, and keep project information current. Working alongside the Project Manager, you’ll help colleagues stay informed and address the everyday details that affect deadlines.

Your Project Responsibilities

Help prepare schedules, milestones, and task assignments.
Coordinate information between colleagues, clients, and suppliers.
Monitor deadlines and follow up on outstanding deliverables.
Arrange meetings, record decisions, and communicate next steps.
Maintain project documents, progress trackers, and resource records.
Flag potential delays and support final reviews and handovers.

Bring a Practical Foundation

Experience in project support, operations, logistics, administration, or event coordination is helpful. You may have organized schedules, tracked orders, handled changing requests, or helped a team complete work on time.

A specific degree, certification, or previous management title isn’t required. We value:

Clear communication and professional follow-through.
Strong organization across competing priorities.
Accuracy when preparing documents and updates.
Confidence using spreadsheets, calendars, and workplace software.
Initiative to identify issues and judgment about seeking support.

Develop Your Coordination Skills

Training will introduce you to company systems, planning procedures, and reporting expectations. You’ll build experience in tracking delivery, coordinating resources, and communicating changes with guidance from the Project Manager.
