Job Summary: Provide front desk and administrative support for Bergenfield Women's Health. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, responding to inquiries, managing registrations, supporting daily office operations. The Receptionist helps ensure a welcoming, organized, and efficient environment for participants, staff, and visitors.

Hours: 9am to 5pm

Job Qualifications:

• Customer service work experience preferred
• Excellent communications skills (oral and written) a must
• Excellent interpersonal skills to courteously interact with callers and visitors
• Strong organizational skills
• Computer skills a plus
• Bilingual: Spanish

Education Requirements: High school graduate or GED required

Englewood Health provides a minimum rate to comply with New Jersey Law. The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The minimum rate does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation. In addition to the minimum rate, eligible employees may receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other wellness resources. Minimum rate: $16.50
