As a Front Desk Security Officer in a healthcare location, you will welcome patients, visitors, and staff while providing exceptional customer service and communication. You will help maintain an orderly environment by monitoring access, documenting activity, responding to security-related concerns, and serving as a professional, visible presence. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.27 / Hour Job Schedule: Day Time Mon 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Tue 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Wed 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Thur 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Fri 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, employees, and/or vendors while carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at a healthcare diagnostic location. Staff the front desk, greet and direct visitors, verify access credentials, maintain visitor records, and communicate facility entry requirements. Monitor access points, observe activity in the lobby and reception area, and report unusual conditions or policy concerns to appropriate personnel. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures. Support a professional, welcoming environment by answering routine questions, providing directions, and coordinating with site staff and emergency responders as needed. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
