Goodwill Industries Sacramento Valley and Northern Nevada, Inc. is seeking a Director of Workforce Development to lead program design, implementation and evaluation of career and job-readiness services, including CARF accreditation efforts. This role requires strategic oversight, grant management and strong staff leadership to expand opportunities for job readiness and placement across the organization.
