Production Worker Location: Salem, Ohio Employment Type: Full-Time Pay Rate:

1. st Shift (Monday-Friday, 5:00 am - 1:30 pm): $14.00 per hour
2. nd Shift (Monday-Thursday, 1:30 pm - midnight): $14.00 per hour

General Functions: Dedicated Production Workers to join our growing team. As a Production Worker, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process, ensuring the safety, quality, and on-time delivery of parts that meet or exceed customer requirements. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Ensuring compliance with safety standards. Maintaining a safe, organized, and clean work environment. Supporting production personnel as needed to meet production goals. Setting up and safely operating secondary processing equipment with proper tooling and automation. Inspecting parts in accordance with company policy and quality standards. Assembling packaging and shipping containers. Ensuring proper packaging and labeling of products. Maintaining organization and cleanliness in your work area.
