Now Hiring: School Registered Nurse – Bus Riding RN Location: Talbot County, MD Position: School Registered Nurse – Bus Riding RN Compensation: $44–49+/hr based on experience (W-2) Schedule: 37.5 hours/week Days: Monday–Friday Hours: Approximately 7:00 AM–3:00 PM Medical, vision and dental benefits that are with you year round 401(k) with employer match dedicated recruiter support Key Responsibilities Provide full-time nursing coverage for students with complex medical needs during the school day. Ride the school bus with assigned students to and from school. Provide nursing care and monitoring during transportation. Support students who require nursing services while at school. Collaborate with school staff, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure student safety and continuity of care. Follow all applicable nursing standards, care plans, and school district procedures. Requirements Active Maryland RN license required Previous school nursing, pediatric, or medically complex care experience preferred Must be comfortable riding the school bus with students as part of the daily assignment Must be able to provide safe and attentive nursing care throughout the school day and during transportation Cross Country Education is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
