We are currently looking for a Full Time Facility Services Assistant to join our Health Facility Services Group 5 team located at the Tishomingo Health Clinic working 4 p.m. to 1 a.m.

Summary: Performs any combination of cleaning tasks for assigned areas and facilities within the CNDH to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Cleans assigned area - Cleans and sweeps floors - Cleans and sanitizes bathrooms - May empty ash trays - Disposes of trash - May clean exterior areas such as parking lots and sidewalks - Aligns seats close to machines in gaming areas
• Sweeps, mops, dusts, vacuums and performs basic cleaning and janitorial procedures
• Dusts, polishes, and cleans furniture in common areas and other areas as requested
• Cleans windows, doors, mirrors, glass partitions, baseboards, jambs, trim and walls, maintain sanitization of restrooms, empty and clean waste receptacles
• Mixes various cleaning agents and use cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces
• Maintains equipment and materials used to fulfill tasks and replenish supplies and keep simple records of work performed and materials used
• Uses safe and sanitary work practices when cleaning facilities and using cleaning chemicals
• Provides first class customer service to both internal and external customers and responds to inquiries, compliments, and/or complaints with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency
• Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities
• Works in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers of all types
• Maintains a clean, organized work area and ensures a safe environment
• Maintains and promotes professionalism
• Punctual and consistent in meeting start time, work schedule, attendance and other assigned work time metrics
• Adheres to Chickasaw Nation dress code standards
• Maintains knowledge of and follows all rules, regulations, policies and guidelines for assigned area
• Performs all other duties as assigned

Experience:

• No prior experience required

Education:

• High School, GED or Equivalent

Credentials:

• Pass general background check
• Standard Driver's License
• Gaming license or permit as required by assigned position
