Position Overview  

This is your opportunity to join a high-performing, growth-minded agency where your efforts make a difference. In this hybrid role, you will build relationships with new and existing customers, identify their insurance needs, and help protect what matters most through State Farm auto, home, life, and other insurance products.

You’ll also provide exceptional customer service and help strengthen long-term customer relationships. This position offers hands-on experience in a successful State Farm agent’s office and the opportunity to develop valuable sales and business skills. Requirements

• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
• Self-motivated
• Proactive in problem solving
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to make presentations to potential customers
• Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
• Position may require irregular working hours
