Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of mental health diagnoses, alongside devising and executing personalized treatment plans that address each client's unique needs.

• Maintain an active caseload of 25-30 clients each week, providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions via telehealth to ensure accessible support.

• Document all client interactions meticulously, including progress notes, treatment plans, and updates, adhering to company policy.

• Offer excellent customer service by engaging collaboratively with clients and their support networks, guiding them through their recovery journey.

• Utilize innovative therapeutic interventions to help clients set and achieve their personal and family goals.

• Coordinate with case managers, medical professionals, and educational staff as necessary to ensure comprehensive care for each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist will work with a broad spectrum of clients, including children, adolescents, couples, and families facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. Being competent and culturally aware in addressing these diverse needs will be pivotal in achieving positive therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• A current, active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
