Key Responsibilities Provide day‑to‑day management of surgical services, ensuring efficient patient flow and high‑quality perioperative care. Lead initiatives focused on patient safety, staff engagement, and process improvement. Oversee staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to optimize performance and efficiency. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, accreditation requirements, and evidence‑based surgical practices. Collaborate with medical and administrative leaders to support program growth and strategic planning. Participate in capital equipment planning and departmental budgeting. Mentor nurses and surgical technologists, fostering professional growth and retention. Promote a culture of accountability, compassion, and continuous learning.
