Director of Sales:

Overview:

Lead the hotel’s sales strategy to maximize revenue, occupancy, and market share.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute revenue strategies

- Lead and coach the sales team

- Analyze market trends and performance

- Oversee budgeting and forecasting.

-Handle all RFPs/Inquiries regarding new and existing business

Qualifications:

- 3+ years hotel sales leadership experience
