Role and Responsibilities The Engagement Manager position includes: Managing the execution of individual project modules, including hypothesis development, analytics design, data collection, operating model creation, and research. Working closely with data scientists, engineers, and other specialists to translate client needs into technical requirements and support solution delivery from proof‑of‑concept to production. Continuously learning about AI technology and its business implications. Supporting the Partner group with accurate engagement execution. Developing executive client relationships, designing materials, and presenting to diverse audiences. Reporting to Principals and collaborating with Partners, seeking guidance on business, operations, and technical strategy. Coaching consultants and helping them develop their skill sets. The Principal position includes: Deploying best‑practice knowledge and firm technical competencies to deliver successful projects. Guiding and influencing client and team thinking. Building business opportunities, contributing to thought leadership, and maintaining expert knowledge for future partnership. Your Experience We seek high‑caliber individuals. Preference will be given to candidates with: Demonstrated: 5–7 years of relevant experience, ideally with a top‑tier strategy, technology or analytics consulting firm or a technical product management team. A strong technical background in Computer Science or Data Science. Track record of leading and managing teams and delivering against tight deadlines in fast‑paced environments. Strong strategic problem‑solving and analytical skills. Ability to apply technology and data expertise to solve business problems through AI, including design and deployment of machine learning, generative AI, and advanced analytics solutions. Desired: Proven track record of managing cross‑functional AI product delivery teams. Experience across the AI technology stack, including data engineering, model development, deployment pipelines, and cloud integration (AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience with Generative AI applications, such as RAG, agentic frameworks, prompt engineering, and evaluation methods. Strong familiarity with technology architecture artifacts (conceptual, logical, physical diagrams). Your Attributes An undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program. Base Salary & Benefits The applicable base salary range for this role is $225K–$240K. Base pay will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. The position may also be eligible for performance‑based incentives.
