As a Sr. Leasing Consultant you will be the driving force in helping residents find the best place to call home. Your creative and thoughtful tours will be customized to individual tastes, from recommending the perfect floorplan to outlining the best new neighborhood restaurants. You know what makes people tick, and follow through on every lead to ensure that our prospective residents know you care. With weekends being the most high‑traffic time for future residents to explore their home options, Saturday availability is required. Responsibilities & Qualifications Incredible customer service skills; ability to create a sense of community and go the extra mile. Sales and marketing chops; personalized connections and recommendations drive leasing performance. Follow‑through; continuous outreach with tailored updates to prospective residents. A genuine desire to help both residents and colleagues in Creating a Better Way to Live. Leadership; provide support, guidance and on‑the‑job training to associates and act as a resource for new hires. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required. 1+ year experience in a leasing or customer service role in the real estate or property management industry required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
