We'll build what's next — together.Job SummaryThe Area Vice President of Enterprise Accounts will join a high-performing Sales and Account Executive team focused on the continued growth of the nCino enterprise bank client base. They are responsible for a team of Account Executives who are charged with maintaining and growing the nCino footprint within assigned strategic accounts.ResponsibilitiesAttract, hire, and onboard top talent to support nCino’s continued growthLead and mentor a team of Account Executives and support them in meeting and exceeding their individual goalsBuild and maintain key customer executive relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company's footprint within existing customer baseUnderstand target market’s business needs and accurately articulate the nCino value proposition at the executive levelEnsure team maintains day-to-day business process excellence by maintaining accurate forecasting and pipeline tracking, training, and best practice development/sharingCoach Account Executives during a complex sales cycle by mapping customer’s decision-making and approval processes, compressing timelines, negotiating contracts, and closing/renewing businessWork in close concert with nCino’s global system integration partners during strategic programs and to establish opportunities for nCino’s SaaS products and services within the accountsPartner with nCino’s Customer Success team to support their efforts to drive product adoption and business value realizationQualificationsRequired:Bachelor’s degree8+ years of experience in quota-carrying B2B software or solution sales with demonstrated record of meeting or exceeding targets or combination experience, education, & superior performance3+ years of management experienceAccount planning and execution skillsDemonstrated ability to align with executive decision makers, build credibility with client executives and sell to the C-suite and across both business and IT unitsBanking domain expertiseFlexible problem-solver who will thrive in nCino’s fast-paced, collaborative and entrepreneurial environmentStrong listening skills and impeccable verbal and written communication skillsOrganize, efficient, and able to maintain high level of production while also demonstrating process and administrative excellenceTravel:Frequent travel as required within the United States to accomplish and exceed goalsThe pay range for this role is based on relative market data and alignment with our compensation philosophy. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum of the pay range for each job posting, which is used to determine new hire rates/salaries and takes into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, abilities, proficiencies, experience, education, licensures/certifications, as well as business and organizational needs. nCino reserves the right to modify the posted range consistent with our internal practices and external market movement.
