Responsibilities

Role Overview

We are hiring a safety-minded Packaging Operator to run equipment filling bulk adhesives and sealants into specialized packaging. You will setup machinery, monitor production lines, and ensure top-quality output from start to finish.

Core Responsibilities

• Operations: Set up and run filling machines and in-line pigmenting processes per daily schedule.

• Quality & ERP: Verify raw materials, track lot numbers, print/apply barcode and date labels, and log production into the ERP system.

• Safety & Maintenance: Wear required PPE, maintain 5S standards, and perform basic operator maintenance and mechanical troubleshooting.

Qualifications & Levels

• Grade I: High school diploma/GED, basic math, ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively, reliable attendance, and PIT/Forklift certification capability.

• Grade II / Senior: Competency across multiple filling line types, knowledge of fluid transfer systems (tanks/valves/pumps), ability to troubleshoot, and capability to mentor junior operators.

Requirements

Resume, passing score on standardized skills test, and successful completion of background check & drug screen.

The essential functions of this role include:
