Starbucks in Phoenix seeks a skilled ERP/Business Analyst to drive end-to-end solution delivery across the full SDLC. You will translate business needs into capability-driven designs, collaborate with vendors, and guide interdisciplinary teams through implementation, testing, and deployment.

You will work with stakeholders across finance, supply chain, and IT to optimize processes, ensure data integrity, and deliver measurable business outcomes in a fast-paced retail environment.
