Senior Software Engineer - Returns & Logistics

Salary: $140,000 - 200,000 per year Requirements:

• We want 4-7+ years of experience building production web applications.
• We are looking for strong full-stack experience with TypeScript, Node.js, React, or an equivalent stack.
• We need proven experience working with API integrations.
• We value high ownership, clear communication, and low ego.
• Bonus experience includes AWS, ecommerce or Shopify, logistics or WMS, and high-volume transactional systems.
• This role requires working in person from our Draper, Utah office five days per week.
• Relocation may be available if you are not already local to the Salt Lake / Utah County area.
• We are seeking someone aiming to grow into technical leadership within the next 1-2 years.
• Our interview process is rigorous and includes coding without AI assistance, whiteboard problem-solving, and describing how you use AI productively.

• We will have you design and deliver full-stack product experiences for returns flows, RMAs, disposition, and logistics workflows.
• You will build and strengthen API integrations with WMS, 3PL, OMS, and merchant platforms such as Shopify.
• You will own quality in your area by adding tests, improving observability, responding to incidents, and making sound tradeoffs.
• You will partner closely with product and design.
• You will mentor mid-level engineers.
• You will own features end to end and help us scale toward a larger engineering organization.

We are Redo, the ecommerce post-purchase platform for returns, managed returns, shipping and fulfillment, OMS, warranties, and AI support, serving more than 4,500 brands. We are building our Reverse Logistics Cloud and hiring for a senior individual contributor role with a path toward technical leadership as we scale from about four engineering teams to around ten. We work in person in Draper, Utah, five days a week, with a high-output, fast-paced culture built around intense collaboration, long days, and occasional weekend pushes when shipping matters. Compensation is $140,000 to $200,000 per year, plus equity and benefits including flexible PTO, HSA contributions, merchant perks, an on-site gym, weekly lunches, dental, health, vision, and other insurance and leave benefits.
