Recruitment Coordinator

Overview We are partnering with our client, a leading financial services organization, in the search for a Recruiting Coordinator to join its growing Talent Acquisition team in Chicago. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys creating a seamless candidate experience. The Recruiting Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the full-cycle recruitment process while partnering closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates. What You'll Do Coordinate interviews across multiple business lines and calendars, ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience Manage interview logistics, including scheduling, confirmations, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to keep hiring processes organized and moving efficiently Maintain accurate candidate data and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system Prepare offer letters, onboarding documentation, and other recruiting materials Support campus recruiting, networking events, and other talent acquisition initiatives Assist with recruiting operations projects and process improvements as the team continues to grow What They're Looking For Bachelor's degree required 1-3 years of recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, human resources, or administrative experience Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism Experience working with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced corporate environment Why This Opportunity?
