About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Provider Partnerships, Execution, and Performance. This executive will be responsible for leading a national team that partners with provider organizations to enhance the quality, affordability, and value of care. The role involves overseeing the execution of enterprise strategies, performance improvement, and the evolution of the integrated provider-facing organization. The successful candidate will be accountable for the performance of the organization, including the execution of provider engagement strategies and performance outcomes across various healthcare segments. This is a high-impact position that requires a leader with a strong background in healthcare, particularly in provider performance, engagement, and value-based care. Candidates for the Vice President position must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a preference for a Master's degree in a related field. A minimum of 15 years' healthcare experience, including 10 years in a leadership role, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading large-scale organizational transformation, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving measurable business outcomes. Experience in provider engagement models, quality performance, and value-based care programs is essential. The role demands a strategic thinker with excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills, who can champion a culture of partnership, performance, and continuous improvement.
