This role centers on developing and implementing comprehensive facility management strategies that optimize building performance while enhancing the experience of everyone who works within these spaces. You'll oversee daily operations including maintenance programs, vendor relationships, compliance protocols, and space utilization initiatives. This dynamic role requires balancing strategic planning with hands-on problem-solving, as you'll collaborate with diverse stakeholders to deliver exceptional facility services that support our clients' business objectives and reflect JLL's commitment to innovation and excellence.What your day-to-day will look like:Develop and execute comprehensive facility management strategies that align with client objectives and organizational goalsOversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building automation systemsLead vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance management for service providers and contractorsConduct regular facility inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety, health, and regulatory requirementsManage capital projects from planning through completion, including space renovations and infrastructure improvementsAnalyze facility data and metrics to identify optimization opportunities and cost-saving initiativesCoordinate emergency response procedures and business continuity planning activitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support workplace strategy and space utilization projectsPrepare detailed reports and presentations on facility performance, budget utilization, and operational metricsRequired qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of progressive facilities management experience in commercial real estate environmentsStrong knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systemsExperience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and facility management softwareDemonstrated expertise in vendor management, contract negotiation, and procurement processesSolid understanding of building codes, OSHA regulations, and environmental compliance requirementsExcellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detailProfessional communication skills and ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholdersPreferred qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fieldProfessional certifications such as Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Facilities Management Professional (FMP)Experience with sustainability programs and LEED building operationsBackground in capital project management and construction oversightKnowledge of workplace technology integration and smart building systemsExperience working with corporate clients in a service provider capacityAdvanced proficiency in data analysis tools and financial modeling softwareLocation:On-site – Camp Hill, PA, Carlisle, PA, Mechanicsburg, PAIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all of the requirements.
