Overview
Registered Nurse, NICU — Lodi, California — start 09/14/2026 for a 13-week travel assignment in a short-term acute care setting. Weekly pay ranges from $1,674 to $1,835 per week, with guaranteed 36 hours per week. Shift: 3x12-hour day shifts. This role conducts coordinated nursing care for neonatal patients and works within a fast-paced NICU environment. BSN is preferred; active RN licensure in California is required.

Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or patient group in the NICU using the nursing process and established standards.
- Monitor neonates, administer medications, perform assessments, and respond to clinical changes with critical thinking and professional judgment.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans; coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with families to support infant health and safety.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of nursing staff; delegate tasks appropriately and ensure a safe, healing environment.
- Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care; provide patient and family education and support throughout the treatment process.
- May float to postpartum areas and provide NICU coverage as needed, including NRP-certified support when required.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice (California)
- Minimum two years of recent RN experience in a clinical setting
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification from an approved vendor; per policy, BLS is required
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required
- Education: BSN preferred; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Ability to work in a high-acuity NICU environment and adapt to unit needs, including occasional cross-unit coverage
