In this role, you’ll be working a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:45 AM to 3:30 PM, focusing on supporting a caseload of five upper elementary students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), capped at six students, in an environment that fosters close relationships and individualized instruction.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Michigan Special Education certification
• ASD certification required
• Experience with upper elementary students preferred
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized instruction tailored to each student
• Develop and implement targeted instructional strategies and interventions
• Track and document student progress thoroughly
• Work closely with fellow staff members and related service providers
• Support students’ academic, behavioral, and social-emotional growth
