• Educate patients and their families on how to support therapeutic progress outside of the clinical environment.
• Participate in inpatient evaluations and interventions as needed, ensuring seamless continuity in treatment.
• Keep precise and timely documentation in accordance with state, federal, and organizational policies.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if ASHA certification has not been achieved.

Certifications Required

• Active state licensure as a Speech Pathologist.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification necessary within 30 days post-hire.
