The Manufacturing Operations Manager is the single‑point owner of factory performance for an assigned shift in the East Fishkill 300mm Wafer Fab. This role is accountable for delivering safe, stable, and cost‑effective manufacturing results through decisive leadership, rigorous enforcement of standards, and end‑to‑end ownership of operational outcomes.Unlike traditional supervisory roles, the Shift Manager is expected to define problems, make decisions, mobilize resources, and drive issues to resolution, not simply identify and escalate them.
