Overview Operations Associate at DraftKings supports the Jackpocket digital lottery courier product by managing customer lottery ticket orders and redemptions in a local fulfillment center. Responsibilities Manage and process customer lottery ticket orders and redemptions, ensuring accuracy from start to finish. Update real‑time customer order statuses and tracking information in systems. Streamline and organize workflows to meet daily objectives and hit deadlines. Maintain smooth operation of printing and scanning equipment. Support various operational projects as they arise, contributing to team success. Qualifications Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule, including weekends and holidays, with a proven track record of reliable attendance. Experience in fast‑paced environments and familiarity with common software such as Microsoft Excel. Strong self‑starter mentality, sharp attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and tackle tasks independently. Exceptional customer service, communication, and time‑management skills. Physical ability to stand and walk frequently and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs. Compensation The US hourly rate for this full‑time position is 17.00USD, plus benefits as applicable.
