Atlas Fibre is hiring a CNC Saw Setup & Operator to cut high-performance plastics and composite materials. We are looking for someone who can independently set up and operate CNC or industrial saws while maintaining accurate dimensions and material quality.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate CNC and industrial saws
• Select and install the correct blades, tooling, and fixtures
• Enter or adjust machine settings for each job
• Read blueprints, work orders, and cut specifications
• Verify material type, dimensions, and quantities
• Inspect finished pieces using calipers, micrometers, and tape measures
• Adjust the machine to maintain accurate cuts and tolerances
• Replace blades and complete routine machine checks
• Safely move sheets, rods, tubes, and other materials
• Complete production paperwork and maintain an organized work area

What We’re Looking For

• Experience setting up and operating CNC or industrial saws
• Ability to read blueprints and cut specifications
• Experience using measuring instruments
• Strong mechanical ability and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Reliable attendance and a safety-focused approach

Experience cutting plastics, composites, laminates, metal, or similar materials is preferred.
