What You'll Do

As a CNC Machine Operator / Setup Technician, you'll be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC equipment to produce high-quality parts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will:

Set up and operate CNC machines based on engineering drawings and production specifications

Perform quality inspections and measurements to ensure products meet precise specifications

Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime

Install, maintain, and change tooling as required for production runs

Support automated equipment, robotic systems, and production operators

Conduct basic preventative maintenance to keep equipment running efficiently

Read blueprints, procedures, and technical instructions to ensure accurate production

Maintain production and quality records in compliance with company standards

Assist with training new team members and contribute to a collaborative team environment

What We're Looking For

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English

• Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail

• Experience with CNC machines, machine setup, or manufacturing environments preferred

• Ability to read blueprints and work instructions

• Strong math skills and the ability to work with measurements and dimensions

• Familiarity with GMP, QSR, GDP, or quality systems is a plus

• Dependable, safety-conscious, and eager to learn

Pay Details: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour
