We are hiring for CNC Machine Operators in Northbrook, IL
Shift: 2nd shift 2p-10:30p
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hr + .50 shift differential
CNC Machine Operator Summary:
- Operate CNC and other manufacturing equipment to produce components according to specifications, blueprints, and work instructions.
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools to ensure product quality.
- Maintain production records, inspection logs, material traceability documentation, and daily output reporting.
- Support a clean, safe, and organized manufacturing environment while following all company quality and safety standards.
CNC Machine Operator Requirements:
High School Diploma copy required
- 0-2 years of machining or manufacturing experience preferred; entry-level candidates with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
- Experience using measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges, or the ability to learn.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work safely in a manufacturing environment while wearing required PPE.
