This is not an entry point into the industry. It is an opportunity for a proven relationship builder to leverage an existing network, represent a broad portfolio of athletic facility and sports infrastructure solutions, and help shape a high growth sales organization. With expanded operational capabilities, strong internal sales support, and an ambitious growth strategy, the company is positioned to give an experienced seller the resources and product breadth to capture more of each customer relationship.

Focus

• Activate existing industry relationships to generate meaningful near-term revenue while continuing to expand a recurring customer portfolio.
• Develop new opportunities and deepen established accounts across institutional, dealer, contractor, municipal, education, and athletic facility channels.
• Serve as a consultative partner to customers evaluating products and solutions for athletic spaces, playing surfaces, facility improvements, and related infrastructure needs.
• Expand account value by identifying additional solutions that address broader customer projects and long term facility requirements.
• Own the commercial process from early customer conversations and solution development through pricing, proposal, close, and successful handoff for fulfillment.
• Build territory and account strategies based on market knowledge, customer relationships, buying cycles, and revenue potential.
• Work closely with internal design, estimating, operations, and customer service resources to develop responsive solutions and deliver a strong customer experience.
• Maintain disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, account planning, and sales activity while consistently achieving revenue expectations.
• Travel as needed to support the customer base, including relationship development, site visits, project discussions, and other field sales activities.

Skill Set

• 3 to 10 years of successful outside sales or account management experience in a relevant product category or customer market.
• An active, transferable book of business or established industry relationships capable of producing meaningful near-term revenue.
• Demonstrated history of achieving or exceeding sales quotas and growing recurring customer relationships.
• Existing relationships with relevant buyers or channels such as schools, colleges, municipalities, dealers, contractors, athletic facilities, sports complexes, facility operators, or related distribution partners.
• Experience with relationship driven, consultative sales involving physical products, facility solutions, construction-related offerings, or comparable project-based sales is strongly preferred.
• Ability to independently manage a geographic or relationship-based customer portfolio while identifying both new business and account expansion opportunities.
• Strong commercial judgment with the ability to translate customer needs into practical recommendations and compelling proposals.
• Excellent communication, organization, time management, and relationship building skills.
• Self-directed, accountable, and comfortable operating in a remote field sales environment.
• Willingness to travel according to the needs of the customer portfolio and opportunities being pursued.
