The Marketing Manager will oversee our Field Marketing Department of 10-25 canvassing representatives. They will reinforce the practices, policies, and procedures set forth by the Vice President in addition to tracking and maintaining the production of the department. You will need to think strategically, on your feet, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.Responsibilities:Strategize to develop and implement new marketing strategiesTrain new field marketers and conduct new hire training 2x per monthManage scripts and process flows while being able to make on the fly changes to bothPromote teamwork through consistency, reliability, and group cohesivenessTrack internal data within the department such as appointments, demos, and sales on a daily, weekly, and monthly basisTravel to different territories within the department on an as needed basisObtain goals set forth by the Vice President of the divisionEstablish a healthy and competitive work environment for your team of marketing representativesLead weekly team meetings and trainings to teach the latest in product development and sales techniquesMaintain and exceed weekly lead generation goals and conversion ratesExceed customer service expectations by providing an outstanding experience to every potential customerMinimum Requirements and Competencies:At least 1 year of Field Marketing or Canvassing (door to door) experienceExperience leading a team of marketing representatives (1 YR)Work experience in a fast paced, high pressure environmentStrong organizational and leadership capabilitiesHigh degree of dependability and motivationMulti-tasking proficiency and ability to type while speaking to customersNatural ability to speak clearly and publicly with confidenceEngaging and lively interpersonal skillsAbility to effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer questions and concernsHigh level of flexibility in a constantly changing environmentAbility to make decisions quickly by balancing company guidelines and customer needsBenefits & Schedule:Compensation: Base + CommissionExtensive, fully paid, trainingAccess to the latest technology, such as laptops and tablets, that will help you with organization and efficiencyOpportunities for performance-based rewards, such as monetary bonuses and exclusive dinners/outingsFull medical insurance available after 90 daysCountless career advancement and growth opportunitiesFull time scheduleJob Type: Full-timePay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Base + BonusBenefits:Dental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayWeekendsSupplemental Pay:Bonus payCommission payEducation:High school or equivalent (Required)Experience:Canvassing: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: Multiple locationsWork Remotely: No
