Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions, assessing their physical capabilities and limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate a variety of therapeutic techniques, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and the use of specialized equipment.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes and recovery milestones.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and practices to promote self-management and prevent future injuries.
• Enhance patient mobility and comfort by recommending and fitting appropriate assistive devices for enhanced self-care and ambulation.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to maintain cutting-edge knowledge in physical therapy practices and methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse range of patients, including both children and adults, each facing unique orthopedic challenges. Our focus spans various diagnoses, from sports injuries to post-surgical recovery. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred.
• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Virginia.

• Proficiency in word processing and computer skills for documentation and reporting.
• Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Preferred Experience

While previous experience is preferred, we welcome new graduates who are eager to learn and develop their clinical skills. Candidates with specialized training in orthopedic physical therapy will be viewed favorably.

Compensation and Benefits

This rewarding position offers an attractive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, accompanied by an extensive benefits package, including:
