Work Environment

Your role as a Physical Therapist will be carried out in our outpatient office, where a collaborative and friendly atmosphere enhances the patient experience. Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Big Stone PT Center, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations of patients recovering from surgery, injury, or chronic pain conditions.
• Creating and implementing personalized treatment plans that leverage various modalities, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and the use of assistive devices.
• Monitoring and documenting patient progress meticulously, adjusting therapeutic goals and strategies as necessary to meet changing patient needs.
• Providing hands-on guidance and education to patients and their families about management strategies for pain relief and mobility improvement.
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team including physicians, nurses, and other therapists to ensure cohesive patient care.
• Maintaining patient records in compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure in Physical Therapy.
