Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient care activities, including initial evaluations, daily progress notes, and discharge summaries, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Engage in regular consultations with other healthcare professionals to discuss patient care strategies and modifications, enhancing interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Facilitate discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions and continuity of care for patients post-therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with individuals requiring orthopedic rehabilitation, including those recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, chronic pain, and post-trauma. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.

Compensation and Benefits
