Work Environment

This role is situated in our outpatient office in Dulles, Virginia, known for its collaborative and supportive atmosphere. Working onsite, our Physical Therapists enjoy a structured Monday through Friday schedule, approximately 40 hours per week. The clinic is equipped with advanced rehabilitation technologies, enabling therapists to deliver state-of-the-art treatment. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Stalwart Rehabilitation Center, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians to assess their physical conditions and limitations.
• Design and implement individualized treatment programs tailored to each patient's specific needs and goals.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to provide therapeutic care that yields measurable improvements in patients' conditions.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team to maximize patient outcomes and enhance the overall effectiveness of the rehabilitation process.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and post-treatment care.
• Demonstrate commitment to excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every patient.
• Meet and strive to exceed utilization goals and other organizational performance objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse patient population including individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, pediatric conditions, neurological disorders, and sports-related injuries. Each patient presents unique challenges and opportunities for therapeutic intervention. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in helping patients achieve their functional goals, enhancing their independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position will possess:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited program.
• A valid state license in Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using computer software and medical documentation systems.
• The ability to build rapport and develop strong therapeutic relationships with patients and their families.

Preferred Experience

While experience is not strictly required, candidates with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and prior clinical experience, particularly in orthopedic rehabilitation, are highly preferred. Familiarity with community outreach and program development is also advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

Stalwart Rehabilitation Center offers an attractive salary range of $100,000–$120,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package. Our benefits include:
