Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at our clinic, you will be responsible for:

• Developing, implementing, and assessing individualized treatment plans designed to achieve optimal recovery outcomes for patients facing orthopedic challenges.
• Engaging in collaborative case discussions with healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to therapy that encompasses all aspects of patient health.

• Performing facility education sessions to increase understanding and utilization of therapy resources across the nursing team.

• Participating actively in Care Plan Meetings to present updates on patient progress, contribute insights, and make adjustments as needed to treatment protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on orthopedic patients who may include those recovering from surgery, sports injuries, falls, or chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Physical Therapy.
• Current Physical Therapy license, in good standing, in the state of Virginia.
• Current CPR certification to ensure preparedness for any medical emergencies.

• A valid driver's license and automobile insurance for any necessary travel related to patient care.

Compensation and Benefits
