Assistant Event Manager
Virtual Vocations Inc
Supporting on-site events in various locations, the part-time Assistant Event Manager will manage OneCause technology, assist Event Managers, and ensure successful execution of customer events while being flexible with scheduling and travel within a 125-mile radius. Key responsibilities Support the execution of customer events through on-site management of technology Assist Event Managers with client expectations and troubleshoot software in real time Review client auction and guest data, making necessary adjustments to maximize event revenue Required qualifications 2+ years of in-person customer service experience Comfortable using web-based software and smartphone technology Basic knowledge of setting up and troubleshooting hardware such as iPads and laptops Highly organized with the ability to meet multiple concurrent deadlines High level of initiative and exceptional communication skills
