Job Summary:
Intensive Care Unit Cardiovascular (ICU CV) registered nurse position in a community hospital located in Lake Havasu City. The role involves providing specialized patient care within a 16-bed ICU setting, including adult and geriatric patient populations. The position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a well-accredited facility known for its high standards of care and community engagement.

Job Details:

• Location: Lake Havasu City
• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), NIH (National Institutes of Health) certification, 2 years of relevant experience, and travel experience
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with STEMI, NSTEMI, COPD exacerbation, Sepsis, CABG, Valve repair/replacement, Acute Respiratory Failure, Atrial Fibrillation with Rapid Ventricular Response, ETOH Withdrawal, Head Injury, Overdose, Stroke, Trauma, CRRT, TCAR, and TVAR
• Additional Information:
  • Unit features Baxter pumps and Medhost electronic health records
  • Responsibilities include managing adult and geriatric patients with complex cardiovascular conditions
  • Float: Float rotation may be required for ED holding (admitted patients) on an as-needed basis
  • Start date: 10/19/2026, end date: 01/04/2027
  • Candidates must be at least 60 miles from the facility to qualify for the local rate of $54
