Financial Analyst

Responsibilities Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations with strong supporting documentation Perform monthly and quarterly close activities, including analysis, validations, journal entries, and reconciliations Ensure all supporting documentation is complete, clear, and able to stand alone Support the preparation of internal and external financial statements in compliance with GAAP Assist with special projects including mergers and acquisitions, policy updates, and process improvements Support internal and external audit requests and follow up on action items Identify and promptly communicate issues that may materially impact the company’s financial condition Manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines Adapt to changing priorities, responsibilities, and business needs Communicate clearly and frequently, adjusting the level of detail based on the audience Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related degree 3+ years of professional accounting or finance experience Advanced experience using Microsoft Excel Experience with SAP preferred Experience with balance sheet account reconciliations Experience with automation tools or low-code platforms Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Effective communication and collaboration skills across teamsComfortable working in a fast-changing environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
