Overview Position Summary: Primary responsibility for managing a portfolio of small to mid‑sized strategic client accounts virtually, building strong customer relationships, driving account performance through data and insights, and identifying growth and retention opportunities. Key Job Responsibilities Analyze client performance data to identify sales opportunities and provide actionable recommendations. Conduct regular business reviews and engage in proactive outreach to strengthen client relationships and support retention efforts. Structure and negotiate contract renewals and lease agreements, aligning terms with forecasted client needs. Monitor market and industry trends; share insights with internal teams to inform sales strategy. Develop plans for future customer investments, including equipment upgrades or program expansion. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date client data within CRM systems. Support pricing strategy and deal structuring aligned with revenue and margin goals. Collaborate across sales, customer service, and operations teams to deliver seamless client experience. Handle client escalations and coordinate resolution efforts with leadership. Contribute to training new Account Managers as needed. Assist with overflow customer service and administrative needs related to assigned accounts. Manage and resolve account‑related case items and documentation. Perform other duties as assigned.
