Virtual: This role enables associates to work virtually full-time, with the exception of required in-person training sessions, providing maximum flexibility and autonomy. This approach promotes productivity, supports work-life integration, and ensures essential face-to-face onboarding and skill development. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office.

The Account Service Specialist is responsible for providing customer service support for account teams.

How you will make an impact:

• Maintains relationships with designated account teams through daily/weekly communications both verbal and written.
• Assists in the coordination of implementation and onboarding of new clients.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or a GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences

• Stop loss experience strongly preferred.
• BA/BS preferred.
• Experience conducting quality assurance reviews of applications and policies, with strong attention to detail and the ability to identify discrepancies, ensure accuracy, and validate adherence to established requirements and standards preferred.
• Strong and effective communication skills preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and coordinate activities across internal teams preferred.
• Experience supporting account management, client service, and/or onboarding teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment preferred.
