About the Role

We're looking for a highly motivated Technical Sourcing Recruiter to drive high-volume hiring for infrastructure and technical positions. This role is heavily focused on sourcing, engaging, and hiring top technical talent while meeting aggressive recruiting goals in a fast-paced environment.

Hiring for the following locations:

• Seattle, WA 98109
• Arlington, VA 22202
• Herndon, VA 20170

Key Responsibilities

• Source and engage technical talent through multiple channels.
• Conduct phone screens and assess candidate qualifications.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for high-volume hiring.
• Manage candidate submissions and recruitment data within ATS platforms.
• Leverage AI-powered sourcing tools to identify and engage talent.
• Complete a structured onboarding program and begin building active pipelines within the first two weeks.
• Consistently meet recruiting performance metrics.

Performance Expectations

• Achieve approximately 100 recruiting points per month .
• Average 4-6 hires per month .
• Conduct around 20 onsite interviews per month .
• Complete 20-25 phone screens per month .
• Maintain high levels of sourcing activity, candidate outreach, and pipeline generation.

Required Qualifications

• 2-7+ years of recruiting experience (3+ years preferred).
• Strong experience with Boolean search and advanced search string (keystring) creation .
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and AI-powered sourcing tools.
• Experience recruiting for technical or engineering roles .

Pay Range:

• $35/hr. - $50/hr.
