Cable Assembly Technician (Medical Device) – No Cleanroom - ESD Environment | Growth Opportunity

Shift: Mon–Fri, 7:00am–3:30pm (OT available)

Location: Clean, modern facility

Join a growing medical device manufacturer where you’ll build cable assemblies from scratch and rotate between stations—keeping your day hands-on, varied, and engaging. Great opportunity to learn soldering and grow your skills in a stable, regulated environment.

• Build cable and wire assemblies (cut, strip, crimp, solder)
• Rotate between workstations (no boring, repetitive days)
• Read blueprints and follow build instructions
• Use hand tools and small machines
• Complete quality checks and documentation

• Experience with wiring, cables, or assembly (preferred)
• Soldering experience OR willingness to learn
• Ability to read basic prints/work instructions
• Strong attention to detail

IPC certifications are a plus—but we’ll train!

• Clean, temperature-controlled environment (not a cleanroom)
• Casual dress (jeans OK) + headphones allowed

• Monday–Friday, 1st shift hours
• Occasional OT (including some Saturdays)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, MN.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
