What You'll Do Develop and deliver engaging course materials. Teach and evaluate students in classrooms, labs, and clinical settings. Mentor and advise students throughout their nursing journey. Play an active role in curriculum development, program assessment, and student recruitment. Requirements: Required: Master's degree in Nursing or Nursing Education, or ability to complete NYS Professional Nursing License & current CPR certification Strong teaching, clinical, communication, and computer skills Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational abilities Preferred: Doctorate in Nursing or related field Experience with simulation-based learning Background in psychiatric care (strongly encouraged to apply) Additional Information: The starting salary for this position is $65,000.
