Sales Training Manager

To drive performance and revenue growth, the full-time Senior Manager, Sales Training and Development will design, develop, and deliver impactful sales training programs while collaborating closely with Sales Leadership to identify skill gaps and enhance onboarding and ongoing development for sales teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead the strategy and execution of sales training programs aligned with business goals, assessing performance and prioritizing development initiatives Design and maintain comprehensive sales training curricula across various modalities, ensuring alignment with sales methodologies and customer engagement strategies Deliver engaging training sessions and facilitate workshops to reinforce learning, while measuring training effectiveness through defined KPIs Required Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in sales, sales training, or sales enablement Demonstrated success in curriculum development and training content creation Strong background in training delivery across live, virtual, and blended learning environments Experience in managing training programs, including compliance and reporting MedTech, healthcare, or medical device sales experience strongly preferred
