As our Front Desk Receptionist , you'll provide exceptional customer service while supporting our Sales Department with administrative and office tasks. As our Part-Time Receptionist , you will:

• Welcome customers and visitors with a friendly, professional attitude
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
• Assist customers with questions and connect them with the appropriate department
• Provide administrative support to the Sales Team
• Send emails, digital brochures, and vehicle pricing information
• Assist with CRM management using DriveCentric
• Prepare weekly reports and maintain customer records
• Scan driver's licenses and accurately enter customer information
• Organize vehicle keys, dealer trade paperwork, and inventory documentation
• Receive deliveries and distribute incoming packages
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
• Perform other general office and administrative duties as needed
