Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, safe and efficient shipping/receiving processes, and the supervision of warehouse staff. The role involves driving continuous operational improvements while maintaining compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficiency.
• Maintain accurate inventory control and order fulfillment.
• Lead, supervise, and develop warehouse staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations such as OSHA and DOT.
• Drive process improvements and workflow optimization.
• Manage shipping, receiving, and logistics.
• Utilize Microsoft Office for operational tasks.

• 4+ years of logistics or warehouse management experience.
• Experience with inventory control and accuracy.
• Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
• Proficiency in shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment.
• Knowledge of safety compliance standards.

• 1+ year of supervisory experience (preferred).
• Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Ability to manage equipment, facility, and fleet operations.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denville, NJ.

The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $38.46/hr.
