IT Specialist (SYSADMIN/INFOSEC)

Duties
You will install approved software and updates following established procedures.
You will maintain inventory records and report system issues to senior administrators.
You will assist users with password resets and routine hardware and software issues; provide basic guidance on standard IT services.
You will ensure compliance with applicable security policies during assigned tasks.
You will update existing documentation as directed and maintain accurate records in accordance with established procedures.
