Job Summary
We’re seeking experienced Sewing and Upholstery Technicians who takes pride in craftsmanship, precision, and creating high-quality custom seating, panels, and soft goods.
If you enjoy hands-on work, attention to detail, and being part of a supportive, high-quality manufacturing environment, we’d love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Cover, staple, and assemble upholstered pieces for marine interiors
- Commercial sewing machine experience
- Read and follow blueprints and work instructions
- Use hand and pneumatic tools to fit, stretch, and fasten materials
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
- Work independently and collaboratively within a close-knit team
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Qualifications
- Experience in marine, automotive, furniture, or commercial sewing preferred
- Strong hand-tool skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable performing physical work including standing for long periods, lifting, bending, and stretching materials
- Reliable, positive attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain quality standards
