A well-established organization in California's Central Valley is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to serve as Lead Primary Care Physician for its growing employee health program.
The Opportunity- 70% clinical / 30% administrative and leadership responsibilities
- 100% outpatient primary care
- Average just 12 patients per day
- No evening or weekend call
- Serve as clinical lead for a multidisciplinary care team
- Lead collaborating physician for Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants
- Partner closely with the CMO on clinical strategy and program development
- Participate in onsite, mobile, and community-based patient outreach
- Epic EMR
- Live in California's Central Valley with a cost of living well below Los Angeles, the Bay Area, and many coastal California communities
- Approximately 2 hours from Los Angeles with easy access to Southern California for weekend trips, entertainment, and international travel
- Less than 2 hours from the Central Coast, including destinations like San Luis Obispo, Pismo Beach, and Paso Robles wine country
- Enjoy year-round sunshine with easy access to the Sierra Nevada, Sequoia National Park, and some of California's best hiking and outdoor recreation
