Role and Responsibilities Receives and counts of manufactured goods. Audits all goods coming from manufacturing to be packaged. Conduct Cycle counts on inventory. Supports project improvements in work area. Logs receipts via computer system(s). Packages line down parts coming from work centers. Coordinates with Work Cells to resolve discrepant receipts. Files documentation in accordance with department procedures. Processes and packages shipments May require overtime on occasions Performs other duties as assigned. Education and Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED). 1+ years of related material handling, logistics, and / or warehouse experience required. Skills and Competencies Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to translate, statistically analyze data, and effectively report problems through written and/or graphical formats. Excellent customer service skills, with an advanced understanding of customer relationship building. Ability to use MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Oracle, and electronic e-mail systems. Must be able to read and interpret data, information, and documents. Can observe and respond to people and situations and interact with others encountered in the course of work. Can learn and apply new information or skills. Requires employees and sub-contractors to work in a safe, professional, and ethical manner. Will require work for periods of time at a computer terminal, interspersed with meetings, phone calls and other communications activities. Salary and Benefits The current base annual hourly range for this role is currently: $21.27-31.91 Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.
